The non-sparking hexagon socket inserts of series 1897F are tool inserts for sockets or ratchets that fit on screws or nuts with an internal hexagon (Allen key). Due to their manufacture from high-quality special alloys such as copper-beryllium or aluminum-bronze, the non-sparking tools are particularly suitable for use in explosive environments.
