The Shaviv AeroBurr Set E111P is a complete deburring set that pairs a Shaviv handle with a matched blade holder, giving you a ready-to-use combination right out of the box.
Customized for applications required by the aerospace industries, excellent for electronic and medical applications Deburrs curves and small holes as small as 1/16" (1.5 mm) Blades (3.2mm diameter) are TiN (Titanium Nitride) coated to face challenges of deburring various materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel and plastics. TiN coated blades provide longer tool life over standard non-coated blades. Great for applications such as dies, molds, automotive and R&D.
