The joint hook spanners with cold protection handle of the series 76 are used for loosening or tightening lock nuts. These nuts often have recesses or notches that are specifically designed for the use of hook spanners. Joint hook spanners are characterized by a special design that allows access to accessible areas. The benefit lies in the flexible part of the spanner. The swivel mechanism between the handle and the head of the spanner allows the application angle to be adjusted flexibly. This makes it easier to work in tight spaces or with screws that are in an unfavorable position. The hook spanners engage in these recesses, allowing for a rotational movement. Such spanners are used, for example, in mechanical engineering or the automotive industry, especially for components that are under high load and require strong securing, such as in gears or shaft connections. The hook spanners from KUKKO contain a label with the SKF table for clear assignment, indicating which spanner is compatible with which nuts. Suitable for N-, AN-, KMK-, KMFE-, and KMT-nuts as well as all nuts according to DIN 1804.
